Amazing staff made my stay awesome!
The staff were super friendly. I mentioned I love coffee, and they brought me extra without even asking. The location's pretty sweet too. it's a bit away from the hectic tourist spots but still walkable to downtown. The only bummer was the bar area closed kinda early.

One friend had a noisy AC unit and despite multiple calls to the front desk, it took too long for them to resolve the issue. It was frustrating to spend hours without a solution before getting moved to another room.
